Ingredients
- 3 cloves
- 4 cardamom
- 3 black peppers
- 2 sticks of cinnamon
- fresh ginger
- 1/2 bay leave
- 5 fennel seeds
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- High quality black tea
Simmer milk, water and all spices for 20 minutes. Add tea leaves and let sit for 3 minutes.
