Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1/3 cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- salt
Beat heavy whipping cream until it forms peaks. Mix egg yolks, 1/3 cup sugar, cinnamon until foamy. Beat egg whites, 2 tablespoons sugar, and salt until it’s stiff.
Fold all three together, cream last.
Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
